Have you dreamed about a good buffet, beautiful and alive? Steve Burggraf and Christophe Michalak did it.

The founder of “Big Fernand” and the great pastry chef, have achieved the challenge by taking out Polichinelle from the drawer. This a seasonal, local, vegetarian, rich and affordable cuisine, the promise of a new breed of Buffet. They imagined together a menu exclusively composed of fruits and vegetables of the season, by encouraging the use of products from organic agriculture and short distribution circuits notably thanks to the garden located on the roof of Yooma.
 

Discover a rich and generous menu, evolving over the seasons to offer original appetizers & dishes, and a special dessert menu by Christophe Michalak.

The Bar welcomes you in the living space of the hotel, the heart of Yooma.

The ideal place to have a drink anytime, taste a cocktail, sharing a good time with friends or just relax.

The Bar Menu goes with the different times of the day; from breakfast to night time.

With our great drinks references, our Bar also provides great Finger Food suggestions.

A cooking school is a great place not only for learning, but for sharing and relaxing...

A "gourmet break" that you can enjoy on your own
or in a group.

Classes are held in a fully equipped workshop: from aprons to kitchen towels and utensils, we provide everything you need.

If you have something to celebrate (a birthday, a bachelorette party, a new job...), you can also book the cooking workshop for a private event, and invite your friends to personalized classes based on your preferences and your budget.

If your aim is to strengthen the bonds
between your company’s employees, we have
a “team building” offer.

These classes are both for our guests
and for non-guests.

OUR URBAN FARM

In collaboration with Peas&Love

On our rooftop we have our own urban farm. It's one of the biggest organic fruit and vegetable farm in Paris.

To each season its plantations and harvests. Our Chef creates the Restaurant Menu with the products from the rooftop, to make healthy and gourmet recipes.
